Mr Thomas has led the organisa-tion since May 2021, driving key initiatives and delivering major infrastructure projects.

Hepburn Shire Council mayor Don Henderson said the reappointment reflects Mr Thomas’ strong track record of performance and delivery.

“Councillors recognised that Bradley is best placed to lead the organisation as it embarks on implementing the new Council Plan. The appointment will provide the organisation with continuity and stability going forward,” he said.

In accepting the reappointment, Mr Thomas said it was a privilege to continue leading the organisation and serving the Hepburn Shire community.

“I’m pleased by the council’s confidence in the leadership of the organisation and excited about what we can achieve together in the next four years. While we are a small council, we do great things for our community,” he said.

“I look forward to continuing to work with our amazing staff, our dedicated councillors, community, and local businesses to enter this new chapter, with a stronger commitment to improving our community responsiveness, while providing essential services and ensuring our financial sustainability,” said Mr Thomas.
