Maryborough ASQ Garden & Landscape’s Matt Sinclair presented a cheque for $430 to the Maryborough and District Garden Club last Tuesday, accepted by club member Jenni Newton-Farrelly.
The funds come from an ASQ program to support various garden clubs — customers can register as a frequent customer and receive a five percent discount on purchases. Customers can then nominate a garden club or other local community organisation and ASQ gives another one percent of the total purchases over the year to the organisation.
